Crash (1996)

A near-fatal car crash leaves film producer James Ballard shattered, yet strangely reborn. Drawn into an underground subculture that finds sexual ecstasy in car accidents, Ballard is soon seduced by torn metal and flesh and befriends fellow sadomasochistic car-crash fetishists. As he sinks deeper into this dangerous fascination, Ballard embarks on an increasingly obsessive pursuit of pleasure, entangling desire and self-destruction.
