The Unknown (2026)

David Zimmerman, a reclusive photographer who documents the changing edges of Paris, becomes fixated on a woman he meets at a party and follows her home. He wakes the next day inside her body and panic leads him into an investigation about her identity, coupled with the unsettling work of inhabiting a body, a self and a life that are not his. The swap is less a puzzle to solve than a kind of permanent homelessness, memories and desires contained in a body that no longer fits.
