The Wild Blue Yonder (2005)

An extraterrestrial being recounts his life on Earth after being forced to leave his water planet due to an ice age. While the extraterrestrial being and his race fail to form a community on Earth, a group of astronauts attempt to find an alternate planet for surviving humans to live on.
