Synopsis
MERCKX test change (2025)
Delve into the heart of the Eddy Merckx legend. Five Tours de France, five Giros d’Italia, three World Championships, one Vuelta, seven Milan–San Remos, three Paris–Roubaix, not to mention the legendary Hour Record in Mexico… From 1967 to 1975, Eddy Merckx won everything, devouring it all, leaving nothing to his rivals. In less than a decade, he established himself as the ultimate icon of world cycling. But by triumphing so relentlessly, the “Cannibal” ended up splitting opinions. How do you keep pedalling when admiration turns into hatred? This documentary retraces the extraordinary journey of the greatest champion of all time.
